Carlos Campos Echeverría

 

Carlos Campos Echeverría obtained his attorney's degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1980; he is a notary public in Veracruz since 1992. The practice of Lic. Campos has focused mainly on notarial law, corporate governance and high-level negotiations with the federal and state public administration. In addition to his professional practice, Lic. Campos has actively participated since 1980 in Rotary International, being Governor of District 4190 for the period 1990-1991; And as a promoter in 1986 of the Commercial Brotherhood of the cities of Yokohama and Veracruz.

Cesar obtained his law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho (2008) and his master in law degree from the Pritzker School of Law at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois (2011). César specializes in the practice of energy and infrastructure; mergers and acquisitions; and capital markets. César has experience in the negotiation, structuring, financing, and development of energy and infrastructure projects. He has participated in capital market operations for the past ten years; and has extensive experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
